Exciting changes at Rogan and Company

We are pleased to announce that from late January 2012 our sister restaurant Rogan and Company will be changing its offerings to a more serious a la carte style. Once more the ground floor restaurant's focus will be imaginatively cooked local produce but also with influences from abroad.

 

There will no longer be a bar or a first floor restaurant and over the coming months there will be many alterations taking place to further enhance its operation.

Rogan and Company will now be open for lunch and dinner Wednesday to Sunday.

No 2 in the Good Food Guide

L'Enclume has gained a point for a 9/10 rating in the forthcoming 2012 Good Food Guide and has risen to 2nd in its list of the best restaurants in the UK

We are extremely happy with our latest success and we would like to thank all of our staff and supporters that have helped to make this possible.

The New Farm

Sometime in September, we will be moving our farming operation to a larger facility closer to the village which will enable us to grow ever increasing types of prime ingredient.

We are very much looking forward to developing the site that will also include an orchard of rare English fruits and the keeping of livestock to further enhance what is on offer at L'Enclume.

Aulis Redevelopment

We are pleased to announce the redevelopment of Aulis research and design. Its sleek new design in conjunction with Atlantis kitchens, Kendal and Siemens appliances will also be equipped with the latest technology where L'Enclumes creations will be brought to life.

We are particulary excited by the new facility of personal private dining for up to six people where a meal is composed before your very eyes, revealing the methods that are normally kept behind kitchen doors all brought to you by Aulis director and 2008 Roux scholar Dan Cox.

It also brings better facilities for our training and demonstration programs be it schools, colleges or industry proffessionals, an amazing environment to think and improve.
