L'enclume boasts twelve comfortable, individually designed and furnished rooms, together with the well appointed and cosy four-bedroom L'enclume House. Although not generous in proportion as befits the Medieval period in which they were built, each are full of character and enchanting in their own right, providing the perfect answer to those diners who wish to make their visit to L'enclume, an unforgettable one for all the right reasons.
Peak times are: Valentines Day, School Half Terms, Easter, Cartmel Race Days, Bank Holiday Weekends, Xmas and New Year Period.

As of this year our Room tariffs are now per room, per night on Bed and Breakfast basis, as oppose to room only back in 2009.

Both Garden rooms 6 & 7 have been join together over the Winter to create

a contemporary garden room with totally separated seating & sleeping area with a

large en-suite proposing both walking shower & standing bath.

This room looks out over the beautiful cottage garden via bright airy windows,

This is our largest room, French in style, furnished with antique furniture. This stunning room has a minimalist bathrooms with bath and shower.

The room is overlooking the village square and is a 1 - 2 minute stroll to the restaurant.

This contemporary Art Deco style suite is built in to the attic space so overlooks the rooftops of the Village Square with views beyond.

It is also conveniently situated next door to our sister restaurant Rogan and Co Bar & Restaurant which offers a more relaxed 'brasserie' style.
