Expect the best seasonal and local ingredients, handled with passion and creativity. Vegetables, herbs, fruits and flowers grown on Our Farm take centre stage, along with the finest produce from the surrounding Cumbrian countryside.

As we only use the freshest seasonal ingredients, menus are subject to change. L’Enclume can usually cater for most health or allergy related dietary requirements with advance notice. Please mention any dietary requests when making the reservation so advance notice can be given to the kitchen.
