Receiving our first Michelin star at Aulis London is a complete joy and something that we’ve been working towards since opening. I am so happy and want to thank our brilliant team for their hard work and for creating an experience that reflects our home in Cartmel but in the heart of bustling Soho.

To the team in The Lakes, we did it! We retained three stars and a green star at L'Enclume and one star at Rogan & Co for another year. It’s testament to your energy, determination and spirit. Cartmel is a place with so much heart, and it’s a privilege to be on this wild ride with you all.

And massive congratulations to Val, our L'Enclume head sommelier, on winning the “Sommelier Award”, you deserve it!

Our stars wouldn’t be possible without the team at Our Farm. You truly are the cornerstone of our operation. You are the reason for any and every success.
