Planning Ahead

Although we are at the peak of harvest, we are always looking ahead. We have to manage the delicate balance between the future needs of the restaurants and the current needs of each menu.

We’ve already planted pumpkins and squash and have brassica crops, carrots and beetroot to come.

And, if you're thinking ahead to next year, our L'Enclume reservations for the first half of 2023 are now open.
